So I’ve been in my Spanish class for a month and a half now. And my spanish teacher still can’t manage to remember either one of my names. I picked the Spanish name Natalia because of the whole same first letter thing. And its not like Nicole is some ridiculously long, impossible to pronounce name. It’s like one of the most common names ever. She could have called me either one. Or if she just had absolutely no idea, she could have called me Rifkin. Or anything. But instead, when I raised my hand to ask a question, she just stared at me awkwardly for like 20 seconds before asking me what my name was. I mean I get that its hard to remember names, especially when you have to learn a spanish one and an english one. But a month and a half! Am I really just that unmemorable? (is that right? non-memorable?) Maybe I’ll just stop showing up to class and see if she even notices. Or start responding to somebody else’s name and see if she gets confused. UGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
haha, She calls me Carmen at least four times a period. I guess I’m that forgettable too.
